For the last year or two I have been so getting into 'Eastern Bloc' communist era Eastern Europe and Russian disco/prog/electronica from the 70s and 80s...Some of the tracks still sound amazing today like the Chime track you posted...
...actually the Chime track is a great example of the fact that the music wasnt simply a straight "copy" of western music at the time and each country added their own flavour to the "disco","prog" and "electronic" genre and I think thats partially why some of the music sounds less dated than its western equivalants.
Great track anyway, a perfect rock/disco/prog/pop crossover...well worth a few listens to really appreciate it...
